Vril 88 "interview for the second V.F.I.Zine"

1. When and how is Vril 88 formed? 

S.88.It has been taking shape since 2021, the year in which I began to venture into this captivating and visionary sound, in which I am at the forefront in the execution of everything that is Vril 88.

2. How do you see Black Metal in relation to the parameters of your sound within Argentina?

S.88. Truly very promising and constant in terms of growth, there are always new projects, some date back years but for some reason or decision they were covered up and overlooked.

3. What can you tell us about the demo “Für dein Bluterbe"? When will it come out on your release?

S.88.The demo will have 8 songs, of which only 2 will have heartbreaking and cold screams. The demo in general will be somewhat symbolic. It is scheduled to be released at the end of 2022, beginning of 2023 at the latest.

4. Tell us a bit about the song “Nebel”.

S88. Nebel was composed and recorded under the thick blanket of mist in the middle of the morning in a small forest close to home, a cold and enveloping song.

5. What is your basic inspiration when you sit down to compose? S.88.I must say that the cold winter of the Patagonian region, the fauna that inhabits it and the nature of the white race.

6. What is the recording process you use? (Traditional studio or home studio).

S.88.Home studio so to tell you the truth is very primitive in form But very effective. Also some tracks are recorded

outdoors I go into the woods for a few hours and record there.

7. How do you define the sound of Vril 88?

S.88.Winter Synth NS

8. What labels were interested in representing Vril 88 inside and outside of Argentina? 

S.88.So far none, in the same way it does not worry me since I can do it independently.

9. Musically speaking, what projects from Argentina would you recommend?

S.88.I will only mention 3 that are more than interesting from my listening point. THULE DEL SUR – PATAGON – HELLAS.

10. What actions do you take in the face of the disgusting modern world and all the plague that it brings? 

S.88.Simple total repudiation of the sub-humans of these times "villeros, blacks, whores, browns, Jews, Mapuches, the sick who believe they are animals, the unpleasant fat women"...
